Thank you to those considering a purchase. Sorry about the little inconvenience at the present online sale site... having to basically sign a guestbook to purchase. Tomorrow we will go into full global distribution, so if you want to wait and go to Amazon, Barnes & Noble or any retail store to place an order an order it will  take about 6 weeks for the catalogue and Google search listing to finalize.  E-pub version is in the final stage of formatting and once done that will only take a few days to be available (all interior photos in color if your device reads color...
